Crash on start

Update: still crashes.

The app crashes on start. There should be possibility to choose zero stars rating: if the app does not even show up on screen then its zero. And if it crashes after update, and you loose all your data entered in previous version, then it must be minus one (good for me, I backup regularly).

Tech support is helpless, and seems not competent.
